Shipping Policy

Shipping
We aim to ship paintings within 2 working days of ordering, with an aim to deliver within the UK in 3-5 working days. Royal Mail will be used in general, but other courier services may be used too. Please let me know if you require an item within a certain timescale and I will do my best to arrange this. Special orders, pre-orders or commissions will not adhere to this timescale, and will be discussed at the time of order.

Bespoke & Original Orders
Original art work and custom orders are not included in this and will require a separate quote.
RETURN POLICY
If your product is faulty and you return in its original packaging within 14 days, I will refund the full cost of the product. I will refund the cost of carriage if the return is a result of my error, otherwise delivery charges will not be refunded. If you are unhappy with your products, please notify me no later than 7 working days after receipt. The goods should be returned, in their original packaging. I will refund your payment within 30 days of receiving the returned goods. You must take all reasonable care of the goods while in your possession and return them in an ‘as purchased’ condition.
